Valk Solutions announced today that it has acquired Bovertis, a professional provider of point of sale systems. Bovertis mainly operates at European airports, but also beyond. This step fits in with Valk Solutions’ growth strategy as a leading provider of cloud-based unified commerce solutions for high volume retail.
